that run had a 6.0 100-200kph, but the run right before it had a 5.7, just forgot i had to shift to 5th (been a while since driving it) so it has plenty of room to go..Things will get interesting when i go to the 650chp setup (6.x psi to 8.x psi) and good tires

Is there really an advantage to using S6 (manual shift) instead of D5 (auto shift)? Of course I'm 6MT, so very little seat time in the DCT. But can you really get a better time with S6 instead of D5? I always wondered about this.

not a big fan of auto mode so i prefer to set benchmarks as if it actually took at least some skill

Just ran a verified 6.01 - the car only has Proto 63.5 VTG's, Kline catted exhaust, 1150cc injectors, and 5 bar FPR.
Stock, the car went 10.02 and then 8.20 with an APR flash and a Kline exhaust.

ChrisGreen sent over some vids showing his new record for the quarter in his 996 GT2. Its a 9.46 @ 153.4!! I believe this is the fastest ET for the 996 platform!!
