Should I replace all 4 O2 sensors TT?

Should I replace all 4 O2 sensors TT?
I have a 2001 TT, 20K miles with a Remus exhaust with cat. I think one of the O2 sensors is bad. (CEL).
I read it somewhere that Porssche recommend O2 sensors be replaced every 60K or 5-6 yr. Should I replace all 4 while I'm at it.
I am getting the Bosch direct replacement sensors. Are they any good?
Thanks in advance.

What actual code are you getting?? Often times the code is ABOUT the O2 sensor values...which is different that "bad O2 sensor"....
Won't hurt to replace all 4- the Bosch OEM are fine

you do not need to replace all 4 02 sensors.
go to autozone, they will check your CEL for free... get the code and post it on here.
with a collective effort, we will be able to tell you the exact sensor that you need, how to replace it, and the best place to buy it.

I had a O2 sensor trigger a CEL before for the post cat. I reset it and it has not been triggered since. You might try that if it is a post cat O2 sensor because I believe those are only used for emissions

The two sensors pre-cat assist with determining mixture and it would not hurt to replace them as they age. The post cat sensors measures cat efficiency and are not as critical to replace as they get older.

New Law in California, only auto part store with garage such as Pep boys can test the CEL for you. (found this out today).
I had CEL before, but after reset, it did not come on any more for 5 months until I bought another car and let the TT sat for almost 3 wks. There were huge amount of smoke when started. When I drove the tt home, the CEL came on when the car was going slow 2nd gear 2500 rmp in my neiborhood.
I had a few BMW and Mercedes before, almost all of them had O2 replaced under the emission warranty. Some had CEL, some got replaced because they were getting weak. That is why I'm thinking the car is 11 yrs old, the O2 may be going bad especially with such low mileage (20K), the car must have sat around a lot. Like all things electronics, some times they go bad from not being used.
I am going to my mechanic this week to have him look at it. He quoted me $100 labor to install all 4 which is not bad. He told me before if the CEL comes on again, I may have to replace the O2.
I paid about $400 for two 16205 and two 17044. I think if it is going to cost me $$ and hassel each time to replace one might as well get all 4 replaced.
Some member mentioned that new O2 sensors make the car run smoother. Is that true?

Definitive diagnosis would be to monitor the sensor outputs and ensure they are changing properly, crisply, etc... but for $a few hundred, it is just as easy to replace the O2s, see how it runs.
Ideally you periodically hook the car up to your durametric and see how it is running. But most do nothing until the CEL comes on, then try to replace parts based on the emissions error and not based on the engine's performance characteristics.

Sorry guys, I got the error codes, I went and bought a code reader.

I just tightened the gas cap I hope this may fix it. Do I need to buy a new gas cap or just the rubber seal to ensure a secure closure, it is a 11 yrs old rubber.

After tightening the Gas cap, so far 70 miles, no CEL.
I bought a new Gas cap from Newport Auto ceneter for $20 just to be safe.
Knock on wood.
Thanks for all of your help. I will from now on run the code reader first.
