New turbo owner, I thought I'd introduce myself.
 

Picked up this car a few weeks ago. It's a 2001 996 turbo 6 spd with the mini carbon fiber kit. I got a pretty good deal on it, though it needs a few things like tires and brakes and some small fix its. 50k miles. I put the stock wheels back on it and I think I'm going to sell off the SSR GT3's. I'm having an absolute blast with it and can't wait untill summertime.

These are beatiful wheels, why are you trying to get rid of them? Are they R19?

I like the wheels but I don't want to pay for the tires for them. They are pretty nice SSR GT3's 3 piece wheels with some curb rashing. Sizes are 19x8.5 and 19x11.5 I believe. Let me know if you are interested in them. I'm not sure what they are worth. I put the stock wheels back on with some Yokohama AD08 tires and I'm going to stick with that. I wanted a combo that would work well for the occasional weekend event as well as the street at a reasonable price and I wasn't happy with the tire choices in 315/20/19.

I think it will look better with stock rims. But I guess it is me, I prefer cars on stock, OEM or BBS rims, nothing else.
