I think it was the AP TB set-up, that you had trouble with your prior thread, that gave you the added power...LOL...

That is alot of timing and mid range A/F ratio is definetly on the lean side until 5000rpm. Maybe for now bump up the size of ur meth nozzles or add another nozzle.

You should really look into getting a fuel system for your mods.

Boost looks like they kept it between 1.2-1.3 bar on peak.

One thing for sure is you gotta love the IATs on Meth.

I just updated the log with boost, I was worried about the timing to... doest the ECU adapt by itself? so timing will advance until knock? I hear about the ECU adjusting to race gas after a few runs, I assumed this is how it does it?

I have lowered the high boost setting by 2 psi so hopefully it will run a bit richer/safer now than this log.

Whats an acceptable AF ratio for these cars? By all accounts it appears like it runs lean and richens a bit when boost hits 12psi or 4200rpms.

One thing I don't know is how 50/50 meth/H2O affects the AFR and how you tune for it, from what I gather you typically tune leaner since Det is not a problem and EGT temp also drop at least 200F. I am injecting 20%-25% of total fuel system capacity at full chat so this gives me a lot more fueling capacity so the WHP#'s may not be that far off?, food for thought anyway. Scott/Softronic has tuned a bunch of 996TT's with meth Inj with great success so far and I am far from qualified to second guess him. We will see how long it lasts

Man that is a good bit of timing! Boost comes in pretty late for a K16 as well, I would expect 1 bar about 1000rpm earlier. Did you leak check it after assembly? I have a turbosmart EBC as well, you can get rid of that little spike with some tweaking.

It's a about 500 rpm late from what I can see from AMS charts 1 bar is at 3500 rpm

Sucking those rails dry.
On those AF's are you running cats?
What do you/Scott think about a 2nd pump?
I'm sure he would tell you if he was alarmed.
