although that is pretty boss. i wouldn't do that, i can think of other ways to beat up my trans and clutch. its one of those "just because it can, doesnt mean you should"

lol

Had to be beaten into submission to make it do that. It's got 2 black eyes.

..sorry

Good thing he has pccb's to slow his roll when need be.

No, I'd also take those things off the headlights too.

I wouldn't tow something that big for sure. I have a drift boat that with trailer weighs under 1000 pounds and I've thought about adding a hitch to my Subaru STI (which also isn't recommended for towing). Having a small trailer to carry extra gas, tires, etc for track days would also be nice for my Turbo or my STI. I have a truck I could tow the cars with, but it's an old '77 Ford that gets about 8 mpg and the motor is very tired so towing a car and trailer weighing 4000 pounds is going to really put a strain on it. I don't know if it would even make it up some of the steep hills out here in CO!

Isn't this one of the reasons the Jeep Grand Cherokee was invented/built?

I don't want to sound like an @$$ but that just upsets me. I know we are not all made of money but I'm sure at the least you could buy an old $2000 Jeep beater to tow stuff.

Guess that Cab wasn't quite cuttin' the mustard when "trollin" at the local strip mall....he needed to bring in some reinforcements;):rolleyes:

I wish him the best of luck on his next outing! :D

For all who are uptight, I jest.
