Sway bar's drop link rubbing driver side air tube

My 01' has H&R sway front and rear. The drop links are stock, but are mounted to JIC suspension. I had some wicked codes, and car was running like ****, was ready to investigate vac leak, boost leak etc. get car jacked up, and notice driver side air inlet hard plastic tube was dislodged from turbo inlet. Checked out compressor wheel, all look good. Reattach the pipe, but look up at aluminum tune that feeds the plastic pipe, and yikes, top of drop link is rubbing against aluminum and rubbed a bunch away!, it def hit hard enough to dislodge pipe out of turbo.
So I had my Trans dropped to swap out flywheel and clutch, othe then that nothing else. Can't figure it out. Passenger side linkage misses turbo air tubes by 1.5" but driver side is right next to it. I color the shiny aluminum with black marker, to see if I am still rubbing. What I don't want to do is rub a hole in it, that would be an engine drop or worse, break off aluminum piping and suck into my turbo. I will have to post pic tomorrow, as I am on an iPad.
By why would sway linkage be that off?
Any ideas?

Speed,

01' explains it. There is something with the 01's and rear sub, I think vagscum has a 01' and had problems with sway bars fitting. Dont sweat it all can be fixed

tim is right, its not a big deal. but still, I am not driving her until its fixed, as i do not want to continue to wear away the aluminum pipe.
here is a pic, driverside DL and culprit...top of pic you can u see the black plastic tube, when the car sits, the to of the DL rubs against....
