mikescg Jun 21, 2005 10:21 PM

it is in desperate need of a drop, i know, it actually pains me too see it like this

Hussain Jun 21, 2005 11:13 PM

18's?

mikescg Jun 21, 2005 11:24 PM

yeah 18's, the roads are so bad around boston that i was really afraid of going with the 19's, you just can't run a 35 series tire up front, i went through 3 sets of HRE's with my '02 nsx, and someone else i know just went through a front wheel on a new CLS 55, 35 is just not enough tire for around here

ttgangsta Jun 21, 2005 11:25 PM

haha i understand your pain, i had 543Rs and no drop for what seems like forever

03-turbo911 Jun 21, 2005 11:51 PM

Very nice, looks good.

NAPO Jun 22, 2005 01:18 AM

That looks great!! Good choice on the car color and the wheels... Speed Yellow is one of my favorite colors for 996s, and HRE makes most of my fav. wheels.;) Please post pics of it after you drop it, thanks in advance.:)

looks good. Rear wheels look like the offset is a bit tucked in though?

i think it was just the angle of the photo, the rears actually place the tire edge almost exactly in the same location as stock
