Cool, what are you running now?

Lennon31987 Oct 3, 2012 12:19 PM

running AMS billet 16s with every supporting mod under the sun (except my intake, y pipe and TB are currently still stock)

SamboTT@ByDesign Oct 3, 2012 12:30 PM

Slippery slope! Enjoy!

Enjoy your new rocket..
Did you ever think about going to the 3071 before you decided on those big boys?

nope, was told go big or go home. As it is my current setup was MORE than enough (yes, shocking). I figured if I am going to make the change, might as well do it in as drastic a form as possible.

SamboTT@ByDesign Oct 3, 2012 02:31 PM

Tial will tell you the spool diff on the 76 vs the 71 is negligible with a good tune. Not enough to worry about. You'll get a smoother delivery (on the rods) too.

"MORE than enough" hilarioushilarioushilarious

am looking forward to it, and i thought my billet equipped car was fast...o wait, it is..

SamboTT@ByDesign Oct 3, 2012 03:03 PM

Have any current dyno's or figures?

ReeknHavic Oct 3, 2012 03:19 PM

More power and it will keep pulling and pulling and pulling and repeat until you hit the brakes :D

BlackHorseTurbo Oct 3, 2012 09:00 PM

I would change out the TB, Y pipe and plenum while you're in there. You're going to make a ton more power. You'll Max your motor with those turbos.

32krazy! Oct 4, 2012 04:26 AM

what supporting mods are needed with these turbos? i already have 75mm t/b and plenum, headers, 3" exhaust, gt2 i/c. bigger injectors? stronger internals?
looking down the road for the next phase of the car.

PAULIEWALNUTS Oct 4, 2012 04:34 AM

What amount of power do you expect with these turbos?

Will they be on a stock internal motor?

Have you seen any dyno #'s using these on a stock motor?
