What's the revolution differential?

Now I'm confused - I thought 235/35/19 was the truth for AWD? (even though some diffs have failed with it)

Only on the 997. The 996 has a different unit. There needs to be no more than 21 revolutions difference between the front and rear tires. The 235/35/19 & 305/30/19 (depending on brand) are outside this tolerance. The 245/35 and 305/30 are within the 21 revolution difference (at 19) and are only .5 inches difference in height (the factory 18's are .4) I hope this helps. Check your tire brand at the tire rack for specs.

I've only had the Michelin ps2's and love them. If finances are an issue check this forum, craigslist or ebay for some great bargains.

The 245/35/19's should be plentiful as I heard they are used on the BMW M3
