Starting car for first time since 18g injector swap, what to watch for to be safe?

I'm starting my car up probably tonight and am wondering if I should hook up my durametric or my D guage and watch the AFR's to see if there is a problem. How will I know if an injector isn't working or if the tune didn't work? What are the AFR numbers exactly that I should be watching out for? Thanks.

Cool! Starting up/idle should be fine as long as no leaks. Getting into boost I would work it up and log everything. Work with your tuner to be sure everything is going as planned.

Do a boost leak check prior as well. Check my sig for Pressure Test DIY

boost test first as others have mentioned. Use common sense and listen for anything unusual. Let it run for a minute or two and turn off and pull the plugs on the turbo drip tanks to make sure they are getting oil.

I would have gone with bigger ones there ok the 997 ones but there only 2.5 inches you really want 3.5 or 4 inches.

If you turn the key on, does the fuel pump run and pressurize the system? Never really paid attention... If so, may do that to see no leaks.

They are 3.25" cores.

brnrdtns, target AFRs should be 1.0 on the lambdas (14.7 AFR on gasoline) at idle.

dont make my mistake! make sure the proper plugs are on the proper sensor or injector. the cam adjuster sensor and the #1 injector both use the same style plug and are very close to each other. i mistakenly swapped the plugs and 6 months later i finally have a car with no codes and runs properly. check check and double check!

997.2 on the left. Not a restriction in the least on a mild 18g build. Would you like to see the independent flow testing I payed for?

There both restrictive they have plastic on both ends of each intercooler and no there not good enough for the 18g. I ran them i know. It was a complete waste for to put the 997 intercoolers on.
