Need help picking tire size to have the correct roling diam on my DD.also wheel gap?

Since I'm most likely going to have to get 19 inch wheels, what is the best tire size to run? Let me list the specs of the wheels and what I'm looking to accomplish. I'm looking at the Roderick 5, five spoke wheel in black also looking at the Ruger. So the the wheel size is 19x8.5F and 19x11R. This is my DD and I would like a tire size that will lessen the noticeable difference between driving on 18s compared to 19s. I'm very greedy, I want to make 19s ride like 18s using tire size(pipe dream I know but anything to help). My other 2 main concerns are wheel gap and keeping the rollling diameters delta close to stock. Is there noticeable wheel gap with 19s on a stock suspension?Any tire advice to minimize the gap? I don't plan on lowering anytime soon. Also I know keeping the rolling diameter within a miniscule percentage of stock is really important for the AWD differential, if I understand correctly. Also they are et40F and et45R. I want them as as flush as possible with no rubbing or rolling fenders if pos. How will the stock offsets look, fairly flush? Can I safely flush em out more with spacers? I really appreciate all the help with all my ?s and reading my long a$$ post. Thanks guys

245/35/19 and 305/30/19 or 235/35/19 and 315/25/19 iirc.

Go with the 305 combo if you want more sidewall, that's what I run in 19.

Wheel gap is always there on stock, drop it with springs or coilovers.

Stock offsets are not very flush, spacers can help or wheels with aggressive offsets.

tire choices aren't going to make the car ride like 18's if that's a peculiar and particular goal. you'd be far better off getting 18s and 7x15mm spacers and lowering the car 40 mm or so with a set of $400 h&r springs. for the street this would be great, and look flat, flush and.. probably what most people want.

but if you're sold on the idea of 19's? ( why ) then lowering springs will STILL help to lessen the wheel liner gap AND help to *flatten* the car out and lessen body roll somewhat. but you're not planning on lowering your car anytime soon, but with what you're hoping to achieve with new tires and wheels, the only question would be "why not? it's not a big deal, at all.

Here's a picture of 19s on stock suspension. Once I saw this, I ordered a set of H&R street performance coilovers. That in conjunction with michelin pilot super sport 305/30r19 and 245/35r19 gives me a far better ride than my oem wheels on stock (probably worn) suspension.

02ttz50, thanks for all the advice. I'm goin 19s over 18 cause there are practicallly no 18s that are in stock that also look hot. I think you posted on my other thread about 18s or 19s and I tried to explain that id prefer some 18s but there are very limited 18s that are "off the shelf" and in stock. And i need the wheels this week. Can someone give me a quick layman's explanation on keeping the rolling diameter within a certain percentage?TIA cause i gotta order em today

no prob. GL whichever way you go 19s will be fine. again, though..there should be plenty of 18's available if you went with victors ( again, i wouldnt do that gain but they look ok, are already "made" and are cheap ) or even better!... oz's. though if it were me? and i was sold on 19 and wanted a good wheel for a low price? forgestars in 19s look awesome fairly lightweight and ( nearly ) indestructable. don't ask lol

my point ( lost in translation.. lol ) is that im sure you can find forgestars at a vendor already built in 19s..

I'm running on 225/40-19's and 295/30-19's on H&R springs with spacers and have been very happy with the setup so far. It is the same as stock, just an in bigger in diameter. Here's a picture.
