Break boost issues

I'm having issues with my car losing power shortly after break boosting. The scenario: I'm in 3rd gear at around 65mph. I'll break boost for around 3-4 seconds and the car will build about .8-1 bar of boost. I let off the break and the car launches nice and hard. When the RPMs reach about 6,200 rpm, the car loses power and sputters. I can let off and get back into the throttle and all is good. The car never does this any other time, only after break boosting.

I have a AEM meth kit. It's set to start spraying at 7psi. Could it be loading up meth/water in the intake while I'm break boosting and somehow causing the engine to choke and sputter? If so, I could just raise the 1st stage of meth activation to 10psi.

Mods:
Tune
K24/20
72lb injectors
997 coil packs
Flexible intake
EB Werks exhaust
AEM meth kit

Who's tune? Sounds like you still have TB shutdown? Are you sure break boosting has been "enabled"? Did it always do this, or did break boosting work before?

911 tuning and the brake boost feature is enabled. Markski has been very helpful but I think it's a mechanical or driver error issue because the logs look great. He can only help me so much because I'm in TX and he is in Chicago. And believe me, he has tried to troubleshoot every angle.

How much boost do you run?

Does the car hold max boost when you don't brake boost?

1.42 on 104 octane

Yes, it holds boost. I also do boost leak checks regularly

When I used the soft tubing with the 20g's the tubing would collapse under high boost(1.6 bar).

I didn't know it had to be "enabled" What map or sensor will allow or prevent brake boosting?

I'm pretty sure he would beat me up considering im at 1.4 bar and he is at 1.6. I need to get the car dialed in a bit more but i'm always game to run.

you need to log the issue so we can see what's happening... also disconnect the meth kit just as a second option... it might be the ebc where your boost limit is not high enough and its hitting it then shutting it down... we need logs...

Get your flame throwers ready.

I have never turned off PSM because in trying to get use to driving the car since the 2WD conversion. I turned off the PSM and tried brake boosting in 3rd at 65, no issues what so ever. I never paid attention the the bright blinking orange light on the dash when I was hammering the throttle, dumb ***.

The car pulls hard out of 3rd now and spins a little around 75mph. The tires I have on the car are old. I have some 315 toyo 888s on the way with my new wheels.
