Recently went with Tonys 100oct file for my stock K16s. AlreAdy have exhaust/ICs and this was a nice bonus in power for the track without swapping to a billet. Anything beyond what I have is also a new clutch ++

GL with the upgrades, you will love it. I had AMS billet 16s and Tony tuned and it was a rocketship, we had to up my TQ limiter to that of an a28 , which was at the time the most TQ generating 996 equipped billet 16 car EPL had done/seen.

You will have tons of fun with this set up, instant TQ, pulls hard from down low, not the best ton end but you will be going fast enough before you have to deal with that and overall a very very usable turbo upgrade, no tremendous lag or issues that come with the larger turbo setups.

I am on 3076s myself but loved that setup.

cheers and be safe!

So my 5 bar and turbos got installed before putting the new flash on i tried to start it and it would turn over but not start this is odd i do smell fuel tho.........

Ok so i was like must be because of the 5 bar and the new tune not controlling the 5 bar. So i uploaded the new flash from EPL wow that sucked stopped at the end and said an error at the end well tried again and got locked out from EPL saying unable to get flash package WTF...........

It's the the tune. Someone screwed something up in the installation. If you smell fuel I wouldn't run it.

Fumes out of the exhaust sorry. Also before i put the new tune on it was running fine with the 3.8 bar but now with the same tune adding the 5 bar it doesnt even run but it does turn over.

Sounds like two separate issues.

The no-start, fuel smell is probably related to the install. Either the 5 bar wasn't installed right or starting it with the wrong tune flooded the engine and fouled the plugs.

The flash is a separate issue. It sounds like you had a background app that interrupted the flash, you had a computer or voltage issue, your computer lost connection with the internet or you didn't follow the on-screen instructions. Did you get to the point where you had to cycle the key?

Ohh wow that sucked well what we did was take the fuse pump out so we can get some oil to the turbo then put it back and start it. Im not sure where we went wrong if i flooded the engine we kept on trying to start it but nothing it does turn over tho.

Maybe try putting the stock FPR back and see what happens..
Maybe it is to rich because by accident the program might be for a Stock one instead?

My car was already tuned for 16gs before this and before i put EPL's tune on. I doubt i flooded the plugs but you never know. Once the car has the new flash they will test the fuel pressure. For some reason i think im not getting fuel to the motor or spark.

Maybe taking the fuse out for the pump caused an issue?

Just an idea but maybe when they took the fuse out it caused the fuse for the fuel pump to blow under the seat? I don't think i hear the pump running when i put it in the on position.
