Bluetooth Radar Detector?

Anyone try this detector?

http://www.k40.com/home_main.html

From my previous research, the K40 was absolute garbage with regards to performance. Is this one any better?

I think for me, the best would be a V1 that controlled a Bluetooth Laser Jammer. That way, I wouldn't need a 2nd unit in the car and I also wouldn't need to run wiring from the bumpers to the main unit!!!

If I remember correctly the laser jamming technology sets off the V1 detector?

I think a bunch of guys on the Board have the Lidatek/V1 combo with no problems. I want a Lidatek too, but don't really want to drill a bunch of holes in my car OR add another unsightly "Unit" in the car.

A great combo would be the Escort 8500 + Their own Laser Jammer, but I'm a die-hard V1 fan and would prefer to stick with my V1.
