I would normally run 10.5 rear as it fits the 285/30/20 better than an 11 would. I run all my 6-series orders as such, whether they are Modulare, Zone, HRE, RD

I called HRE and they said they had been doing 11x20 rears with 305 tires....Is that ok??

you can do it but the 305/25/20 is really short....dont think there is a 305/30/20
