I know lots of people on the forum have been singing his praises and I want to assure you they are all warranted. Sam has been been a huge help in trying to get my car back on the road. He has gone far above and beyond what is expected from someone just supplying parts.

I will buy parts from him as long as I own a Porsche.

+1 - He aims to keep his work on the smaller more personalized scale, so it results in amazing customer service.

Two man that made my Porsche tuning happen.

Markski, I will support you about how great Sam is,for me it was first experience buying online performance car parts, and per recommendation of tuning master, the man humble Porsche Guru "Markski" from 911Tuning.com

I will add, that;

I don't normally post online reviews, I am normally one who doesn't rate anyone 100% because there is always room for improvement when it comes to customer services and satisfaction. But when it comes to my recent experience with Sam, I am not just satisfied I am amazed that someone can offer such level of service.

Sam scored 100%, as long as I owe Porsche, most likely forever, I love them cars, Sam will be my first choice in research and buying parts.

I would just like to thank Sam from By Design for all your help and knowledge, all you Canucks looking for a US parts and knowledge person give Sam a call. I received all my parts on time and although there was an issue with a gasket Sam took care of it immediately. I will be continuing my build with Sam over the winter.

Several days ago I ordered a Kline exhaust with 100 cell cats from Sam. Within one hour after ordering I received the tracking number via email. He provided excellent advice on which cats to buy. A review of the new exhaust to come shortly. Thanks Sam!
