Yes mine is normal height as with the roads here I have found it hard on my lowered cars. The dealer said the alignment was out and the inside tread was the reason for replacement.

 

Designed as a stock fitment, but appears to have plenty of clearance for the 380mm 997 brakes if I want to upgrade, stock twist's do not.
Won't have the rears for another couple weeks, weren't ready for pick-up last trip, tires in external warehouse.

 

I'm locking down my front and rear suspension with solid caster pucks, LCA monoballs, toe-links...tire wear should be better, handling 'tweaking'/precision will be for sure

 

Yeah I finally went with the torque solutions t links and whether or not it IS the solution? Remains to be seen. but it just seemed foolish to continue with premature inner wear at 400/500 a pop.

Have Porsche Motorsports caster pucks, think of going with Rennline sealed monoballs for LCA inners and Champion toe-links...flex be gone! lol

 

i'm trying to navigate that VERY thin line esp on parts that eliminate "rubber/poly" or anything that heretofore reduced nvh with the oem. but it's always a trade off. i'll never forget even my first trip around the block with semi solid mm's! dramatically tighter with minimal yet definitely noticeable added n/v.. if not H.

for that reason, and because my car IS technically a dual duty car, I've avoided mono ball anythings. though i did just give up on the tarett camber plates owing to install issues. but i know i'm not done with the lca's rear etc. i had found my oem links were pretty significantly BENT! and i managed to BREAK a gt3 sway! lol. gotta love hillclimbin

Pricing is comparable to tire rack, delivery was prompt. I was in a pinch with worn out rears and not wanting to change all 4 tires.

pretty sure you can get em a lot of places for 544 a pop! me, i'll stick with the p zero n rated for 400. no way the ps2 is worth 140 more per copy. to me.

 

Just trying to be helpful guys....Tire Rack has been out for months, and Discount Tire will not even talk about them. I searched many places and finally found a source so I am sharing in case others are in the same situation.

I agree though for the street I will be going to something less $$ once the set wears out!

I just ordered a set of 4 from NewPort Porsche

 

got the rears today
and some LCA monoballs to match the metal caster bushings(will order the toe-links shortly) to better dial the suspension in and hopefully make this set of rear tires last long then the last set

 

now just need winter/salt to go away...
