its not that hard for him! he has all the equipment needed and custom core manufacturer to build cores to his specs. its an alternative was my point.

those cnc machines are near miraculous tech for us old(er) guys. but would a customized one off set have had the testing done that already marketed ones *should* have? i suppose you could always enter into the program someone else's proven specs ( duh ).

whatever you do, do not taste/drink coolant, its bad for you...
btw, you can tell how coolant smells, rotten eggs, and its a little bit greasy- if you dont get any coolant smell, its probably washer fluid. just take the front bumper off and inspect, its hard to say, because water/coolant/oil can travel anywhere and find the way to drip somewhere....

I had the same windshield washer leak issue happen to me a while back.
I poured in some orange fluid in and it came right out the bottom at the same location near the driver side tire. It turned out to be a hose that came off near the bottom of the plastic washer tank. I took off the front tire and plastic wheelwell cover. Then it was an easy fix to plug the hose back in.
