jack stand points?

i need to put the rear of my car up on jack stands this week up to do some work on it.( two new rear tires and a oil change) i know where the spots are for my jack but where do i put the jackstands?

Jack up the car from the center of the motor, put a piece of wood between the motor and jack. Then put the jack stands in the factory lift points. Regards-Marc
