CF Batwing with turbo s badge?
#31
Even Rolls Royce doesn't use full wood panels anymore. They use thin wood veneers - just as Mercedes, Bmw, Bentley, etc, etc. And Porsche. More or less the same as we are talking about here.
No, but in contrast to a batwing, there is a real opportunity to save weight with a CF body section.

buy what you want from who you want. hopefully the o/p knows what it is he is going to purchase. or maybe he can buy a sheet of c/f off ebay for 17$ a spray can of clear coat and do the job himself with the exact same results

LOL
See? You do think it's overpriced
I don't want to cause a ruckus either, but I've worked with both CF and wood. It really is a lot of manual labor to get things looking good. If you can get it done so much more inexpensively you should not let this business opportunity go by. The demand for CF pieces is quite large - not just for Porsche. If you can undercut prices by 50%, you'll own the market!

Only impertinent - lot´s of people out there doing hard manual work every day and lot´s of customers value brilliant & perfect products, they all shouldn´t see sth. like that in our community here. Poor..
