996 Turbo / GT2 Turbo discussion on previous model 2000-2005 Porsche 911 Twin Turbo and 911 GT2.

My PSM & ABS brake lights come on when I drive fairly hard. Why & what can be done?

I dont drive on wet roads since its been dry here in Cali. But on a turn , they will come on or just out of the blue after I push the gas about 50% down.
God, you sound like you have my damm luck sorry to say

Honestly take it to the dealer, *** those guys man, they have no clue what they are doing or talking about. Wish you luck, that's horrible especiallys ince you just got the car

Girth,

I tend to agree with Johnfromjoisey... find someone in CA with stock wheels laying around, mount 'em up and see what happens. I have my stocks but I am 3000 miles away from you. I'll bet with all the modded TT's around you on the board someone can help you out.

I don't recall ever having my PSM / ABS lights light up on dry roads. When in snow, yes snow, they just stay on constantly. And in the wet, only when I push it. Maybe I should drive harder in the dry.

Also, don't depend on dealers being geniuses... in this state (CT) if your CEL is on you fail emissions. After a week at a dealer it passed emissions and the CEL is still on constantly and is a pain in my ***.

Hmm funny you say that, because both of those lights came on after my spark plugs were changed, they didnt clamp down the intercooler hose tight anough, it didnt click in and it blew off as well
