Siren sound from engine bay.
 

My car developed a very loud siren sound or sounds like a woooooo sound in or out of boost at 2 to 4k rpm. The noise either gets overtaken by exhaust after 4k or dissapears. I let a mechanic sit in with me and he said it sounds like a vacuum leak but it could be turbos the car is tuned and there are leaks. The car should be at 1 bar but it sits at .7 to .9.
The car does not make the sound while free revving or when the im in neutral slowing down or stopped.

The car is getting scheduled as my shop is getting a boost leak tester but id like to have some input.

Ive searched the forum and videos for the sound and have only found the same sound in non porsches.
