So putting a 315/25/19 tire on a 19 in. x 12 inch rim is not a good idea? If not, are 325/25/19 or 335/25/19 tires available and would they clear?

Pirelli Rosso is the only one available.

Sounds like you've already bought some 12" rims and are trying to make em work

run that size all the time for narrow C2s. it fits nicely on 11'' wide wheel but like Damon said only Pirelli makes it in that size & it's expensive.

depends on ur rear wheel offset because if u are, or have to run an aggressive camber in the rear & drive the car daily i'd go for Conti because of the cost issue. ur inner tire will chew to core sooner than u expected. if cost is not a concern then go with the Michelin PS2. it's a better performance tire than Conti CS2. for those of u who want run wider wheel the PS2 315/25-19 fits nicely on 11.5'' wide wheel.

Not yet... The reason I ask because some wheel makers don't offer half sizes and i don't want to buy an 19x11.

Because it seems that a 315/25/19 doesnt fit nicely on a 19x11 rim and more importanly...I like BIG LIPS...

In certain offsets the 19x11 with the 315/25 rubs. The 11.5s usually allow the tire to stretch out to the fullest (without OVERstretching the tires for that nasty slanted sidewall look) so they will fit w/o rubbing.

Most wheel makes that are custom can build a 11.5. If they can make a 11 and they can make a 12 then they SHOULD be able to make a 11.5....at least all the companies I know of.

I agree with Arling - the 305/25 Pirelli Rosso is best suited for the narrow body C2/C4 on a 19x11, while the Conti 315/25 on a 11.5 is the best bet for the TT/C4S.

Just my opin but.......I don't think that's incorrect.....seen lots of 315 PS2s on 11Js that fit very 'nicely'........but it's your car, definately make it look the way you want.
On the BIG LIPS, keep in mind they are as much a result (or function) of wheel style and offset, as they are of that 1/2 inch.

yokohama avs sport run about 1 inch tinnr then any standard tire... I know casue I had them.. and that was on a 12 inch rim... way to narrow... then I went with conti sports and they were considerably wider.... both 315s. so a yokohama 315 will fit very well on a 11 inch rim...

Quick question, are there possible rubbing issues by going with a 19x9 with a 245/35/19 tire up front or is 19x8.5 with a 235/35/19 as wide as you can go?
