OK....I'm a convert!...Zaino!

I have tried almost every top brand of waxes...P21S, Rejex, NXT, Meguiars, FK1, etc. I just did the full Zaino "thing" (inspired ny Virtigo). I am amazed. The depth of shine...awesome. I went for a ride and got bugs all over the front..they just wiped off. I am a true Zaino convert! Granted it took a fair amount of time ( let me know if you want my process). Here are some pics...better resolution on my link.

Looking good. The Z5 will keep the swirls away and keep that black perfect. :D

Yeah I remember slaving over my black cars every weekend.

Although it sounds like a lot of work...this particular process will not have to be repeated for a long time. I can now just simply dust (california duster), quick wash, spray Z-6 or Z-8, and maybe another a layer of Z-2. The stuff is trully amazing.

Here is mine:
Day 1
1. RaggTopp cleaner
2. Dawn soap...wash the car, P21S Wheel cleaner
3. Zaino clay
3. Dawn wash
4. Dry with waffle towel and compressed air
5. Zaino Z-5 applied with PC (used ZFX with all)
6. hand buffed with MF
7. Spray Z-6, buffed with MF
8. Applied RaggTopp protectant (taped off top).
Day 2
9. Applied Z-2 with PC
10. Hand buffed with MF
11. Spray Z-6, buff with MF
12. Applied Z-2 with PC, buff with MF
13. Spray Z-6, buff with MF
14. Applied Poorboys Wheel Sealer, 2 coats (with Mother's powerball)
15. Appled Zaino tire stuff (2 coats)
16. Aerospace 303 to exterior plastic and interior dash/doors
17. Lexol on seats
18. Window cleaner (I forget which kind)
19. Drive like a bat out of H*LL

For the acronym challenged...PC is Porter Cable (7424), MF is micro fiber...the rest can be found on Zaino's site.
