10.9 @ 133, 10.9 @ 134 Gt2 Gt700/750

I took the GT2 to Silver Dollar Raceway in Reynolds, GA yesterday afternoon to see what she would do...and was pleasantly surprised! Not the optimum drag race conditions, about 95 degrees and 95% humidity...gotta love the central Georgia furnace. The car is also set up for road course NOT the drag strip. 3245 lbs., 3425 lbs. with me in it (myself and the car need to go on a diet). Motons set full soft in rear...900lb springs, Nitto NT-01 R-compound road race DOT tires. Maximum boost in race program 20PSI...losing a little boost somewhere?

No burnout, launch gently around 2500-3000RPM, hint of wheelspin, breathe off the throttle then nail it, rev limiter comes up quick in first, shift, hang on! I am very impressed with the new Nitto tire, these times would have never happened on MPSC's or Pilot Sports (horrible wheelspin in 1st followed by eye shaking wheel hop in 2nd). I have had the Nitto's for 2 weeks and they stick like a warmed up slick on the street...even when they are cold...I think they are using the drag radial compound on a road race (stiff sidewall) tire. Took the car to Road Atlanta last weekend and the tires worked great, only complaint is that they are so soft that they did get a little greasy after 8-10 laps.

I will post some videos as soon as I figure out how to do it.

congrats.... no they were not ideal conditions... usually never are....
ur RT is awesome... maybe u can take her on a cooler day.. less humidity and see what she really does.... although its a GT2 not a TT.. its still respectable... I definately would like to see her run on a different day to compare.... I think 10.6 its ideal for that car....

When the motor was built last year, by the Good Doctor Stephen, it produced the following numbers. Currently the numbers are a little off due to wastegate actuator adjustment and maybe a small boost leak...ONLY getting 20PSI...should generate closer to 22-23PSI.
