do you guys know anyone at PCNA? i just got screwed by the dealer
BMW NA is a bunch of d1cks. They careless about loyalty as witnessed by the crappy warranty coverage. BMW dealers always tell customers they'll be charged for diagnostics. I don't get that from MB, Porsche or any other luxury makes.
Thanks to bangle, many BMW loyals are cross shopping.
Regarding to the original post, I think you knew it was coming if you didn't get a call to order the car. Who would remember some agreement from 6 years ago? If you really wanted the car, you should have called them when the first 997TT pics came out to order the car.
What's this about selling at MSRP only? Most Porsche have some kind of markup or dealer "kit" or "option" to rake in launch cars.
Personally, I'd not buy any launch or 1st year model cars. Especially if it's a turbo!

I've dealt with Braman as well, bought an M roadster, looked to buy a 3-series and the could care less about customer loyalty, they sell enough that they know if you don't buy it someone else will. My X5 has been in there for 4 days just to get the oil changed. I won't buy another car from them, will try Vista next time.

You guys chasing new model cars like lemmings... sigh. We are no longer customers but more like cattle. See my signature for more on my humble opinion.

I know the owner of Braman, when the dumb ho that answers the phone, that same one that connects me to PO sales instead of service, just ask for Vincent Cerone. Call him early as he spends alot of his time at the Seminole Landing golf course now where he lives. I have his home number and private cell as well for a price
