I'm the guy with Tom Kerr's old hollowed out X-50 exhaust. I feel I picked up greater than 10 hp, the difference was very noticable.

Now on the down side, there is quite a bit of resonance. I've either gotten used to it, or I have significant hearing loss

Long term solution? Maybe, but I'd like to wedge those QTP things in to terrify the neighborhood

Could you explain? Did they remove the baffle nearest the center on the car? How do you remove it without cutting the muffler open?

Question

is there a way I can hollow out my entire exhaust? like right after the turbo(s). I want it look like its a normal exhaust, but really for their to be nothing in the resonator(s)/muffler(s)/cat(s) just straight piping that resembles those parts from the outside...
