6speedonline's official 60-130, 1/4 Mile, and Standing Mile list
Lets get some wrinkle walls on the back of the Porsche that and a 6000 rpm launch will put you deep into the 9's!
And nothing says your losing like looking over and not seeing a car than realizing its because the front wheels are above your car!

I had on a set of 28" tall M&H drag radials - 345's. They are huge. I cut a 1.66 60' last year on a smaller set of drag radials. Unfortunately, was not able to get many passes in this year to get a lower 60' time. I had not been to the strip since TX2K9.
I did cut a 1.79 60' in the GT2 on a pass but missed 2-3 shift.
It helps to heat them up.

Powell what fuel did you run that day? 109 or C16?
That's an eye opener, MS109!!! The whole thing silences the camp that spews on and on about how running over 1.2 bar is terrible and over 600 whp is a disaster waiting to happen and it'll turn your dash into a Christmas Tree, and these engines cost $25K.
People like Tym Switzer and Tony at EPL came in and screamed from the rooftops, "THESE THINGS ARE BULLETPROOF" to paraphrase, and my mind is made up that they were correct.

Man these Metzger engines are getting up there in the rarified air of the Supra 2JZ and Nissan RB26 with regards to specific output! He is well over 200 hp/ liter to the tires!

Its all in the tune, you can blow a stock motor with a bad tune. These motors do not like detonation. I await the time when someone can figure out better knock detection and how to incorporate it.

Guys,
Byzantine ran a 7.95 in his '06 Gallardo with catless exhaust, 105lb weight reduction with 2-shifts. Temp was 37 degrees, and decline was 1.8%.
His previous best time was a bone stock 9.92 on a slight incline.
Great job, Dan!!

Typically the best method is to start from a roll in the 30-40 mph range and then go WOT. Don't slow down until you're sure you've passed 130 mph.
