6speedonline's official 60-130, 1/4 Mile, and Standing Mile list
Yeah, I would think a car that runs 11.0 at 128 is in the low 7's if not very high 6's....
You know its more traction and computer controlled launch control with super fast shifting. The car is a pig at 3540 lbs (probably Porsche "dry" weight) and has only 500 hp. Its a great example of a car that is lightning quick but not all that fast, imo
According to EVOMS, the 997.2 TT is putting down 490 awhp. That's 70 more than the 997.1 on the same dyno.
It also beat the ZR1 from 0-150 in a recent mag test. It's a damn beast.

OK...let me be clear. Start in 3rd gear, at 30-35mph. STOMP on the pedal on the right, when the tach hits 6500, shift into 4th as fast as you can (do NOT hit the limiter in 3rd) STAY in 4th gear until you hit the limiter to make sure you don't lift at 129 mph. Oh.. and if you feel cheated on the free advice, feel free to Paypal me a few bucks for this
. Good luck!!!

Great explanation Mike, now why didn't you say that the first time?! That's
!
As far as donating to you Paypal account--just a couple of minor issues. First, I have no money and second, the 0 shift technique works better! Let me know if you need any advice on the latter.

In the same test where the 997.2 beat the ZR1 to 150, both cars ran 8.5s 60-130s. Perhaps the reason the ZR1 lost was poor shifting of a human driver compared to a PDK? Scott, I know if you were driving the vette it would have gotten better than 8.5s 60-130. Didnt you get a 7.8x in a stock Z06?
Bottom line: I dont know what to think of the EVOMS dyno data?? Their 997.2 ran high 170s to low 180s in the mile. Iam not sure of the mods but that would corellate with roughly 450-500 whp on a stick car.

No, I was not aware of that... That would be nearly 600 crank hp but the car is rated at the factory for 500 crank hp. Perhaps EVOMS car is an aberration?

Stock PDK to ZR1, the PDK has the shifting advantage...but from a roll, a typical ZR1 driver will pull on it.
The 997.2 is also trapping 128 in mags which is indicative of a car in the 500whp range.
Pretty sure the EVOMS PDK car at the Mile just had a tune. I think it made 540ish awhp.
Anyway, it's a impressive car overall. Stop to stop light, very few cars will beat it on the street.

That I agree with even though the ZR1 can run into the 10's with a skilled driver and those test numbers are very close to what Motor Trend got from a Z06 its difficult to beat a launch control 997 Turbo PDK from stoplight to stoplight.....stock vs stock. Its a pretty amazing time we live in when a bone stock car can run 2.9 0-60 and distort your face off the line and do it all day long!

Just had an email from Brockway,
R1000 User Manual - v2.5.6 (added ISO15765 compatibility, added A/F bar meter, added 60-130 accel timer, added EOT and ALC support, added LCD brightness adjustment)
Well if thats the case Scott will this be verified? Not sure how exactly or if it can be uploaded i think its more for just info but i had to ask the question.
