With the word Integra on the Driftbox screen shots it's kind of a give away.

This is pretty much right Its light compared to normal cars but heavy compared to a Civic, even on slicks i cant do better than a 1.68 60ft... most of you AWD guys can do that on street tires :P... its pretty much my daily driver that i race on the weekends... it Should trap in the 130's but we will see this weekend...

1.6 is very respectable for a car. YOU might be surprised. Surprisingly OUR cars don't 60ft that well, at least with the stock clutch configuration. However, guys that have the GT2 conversion have a better feel and of course the guys with Tiltons and the like...

The best I ever did with my TT Camaro and my single turbo vette was a 1.61.

I guess i always try and compare my car to my friends Evo's...they cut 1.65-1.7's on street tires with ease hahaha... i would think the 330ft on the 996's should be pretty good then?? as in after the 60ft i doubt any of them are destroying the tires...unless they are 800whp+

The main difference is the weight transfer with AWD/RWD cars is working with them...weight transfer on a FWD car is not hahahah...

My goal, is to get into the 6's for the 60-130 and run a 11 sec Street tire pass...

Sounds very doable based on my times. My best ET and MPH so far is a 11.1 at 133. My 330 on the 11.1 run was a 4.86. The AWD system on the 996tt's is not the most desirable. It's a viscous coupling that tranfers power under load. So leaving the line, it isn't very helpful...

Ahhh that makes sense...

i think another thing that helps with the 60-130 times is overall powerband...i would imagine the powerband on a 996 has pretty good mid range power/tq and maybe dies off a little bit up top?? while my car is all top end power with weak mid range power/tq.... Gearing/traction plays a big factor also.. i cant put 450whp in 2nd gear so i must do a 3rd gear pull...problem there is the spool up!

60-130 is mostly about technique (ie what mph you start, what gear, when to shift, etc...). The accepted technique here is to start at 30-35mph or so and smack it. Starting at 50-55 isn't going to net you a decent time. Some start in 2nd and do 2 shifts, most start in 3rd and do 1 shift, there are still others that have no shifts (either 3rd (with extended redline) or 4th) The goal is to be at full power at 60mph to 130mph. The 996 is perfectly geared for this measurement, thus it's acceptance here, but it is a very real assessment, as most people do roll-ons. Gearing helps, but that depends what you do with your car...

Here's my best pass. Spinning through first (with drag radials!!!, sucky track) bogging in second and a crappy 2-3 shift...
