What 1/4 mile times are you looking for, exactly?
He didn't have a 2.6 second launch. He had a 2.0 launch. A good launch on his car would probably be 1.6-1.7. On an Audi (AWD) 3-4 tenths in the 60 foot is not doubled up to gain you 6-8 tenths of ET like the RWD guys often quote. It's more like 1:1 or 1.5:1.

Until I start to see some of their cars running good 1/4 mile times I'll remain skeptical. ESPECIALLY when it involves a TIAL car.
Member NineElevenLover went 11.98 @ 120.2 in his stock-motored 2003 996TT X50 package car with Bilstein suspension. This is the highest trap speed ever recorded for a completely stock motored (no bolt-ons or tune) 996TT.

Hopefully Tym will get some numbers at the strip in the next week or two. Once I get the car back, I'll get some numbers myself. I'm looking forward to a MIR track rental later this year when it cools down.
