6speedonline's official 60-130, 1/4 Mile, and Standing Mile list
Peter,
The challenge was made on the M3 forum...I was in a gentlemans agreement to buy Naseems 655 rwhp M3...he backed out of the deal and started talking smack about the GT2 and wanted to race me w/ his brothers 1k hp Mustang.
Here is the deal: The same set up (tires and boost levels) have to be used in all three races. You are therefore going to race me on a road course with drag radials...of course not, you will need some R-compounds. We will take your lap time from MSR and add it to your 60-130 and Texas mile. Lowest total wins
That is the bet.
Oh, and Nick can't enter, since he is a better driver than both of us.
Sean

Luis,
In fairness to Peter, he has contributed A LOT to the numbers. 3 of the top 16 were recorded and sent in by him. He has done a great job in promoting the 60-130 as a competative event. I nominate him as a SME (of course all the while recognizing the great job done by KPG and Scott).

Nick,
He has 2 seconds on me in the 60-130...he will have maybe 3 or 4 in the standing mile. If he is on drag radials and 800 rwhp on the track I think I can make 6 seconds up in one lap, especially at MSR which is a go-cart track.
Why is that crazy?
OK, I will not post on this thread anymore...Nick, Peter, give me a call.
I think a combined competition is a great idea for the Supra/Porsche Nats this March and will be a great draw for P-cars.
Just remember, its my intellectual property, lol.

In all fairness, this thread needs to get back on course.... There are SOOOO many variables to something like this, the bottom line is that it should be RUN WHAT YOU BRUNG. Don't worry, when you see what I have in store for TX2K8 you will see that something like this is already in the works...
Sean, you have gone completely DILUSIONAL, take your medicine and rest for the next few months, your 6.69 is making you think/see/imagine things. And worst of all - you are allowing your reputation to govern your communication now.

I don't think the list is updated with this run.
