Guys,
Falco just sent me a P-box file from a bone-stock 997 GT2 in England. The car went 7.25 with 1 shift on a 2.5% decline. Wow! Nice run Falco. |
Pretty impressive! All the money we spend to make our cars this fast and a stock 997 GT2 is right there...

Link just goes to the EVO main page...are you referring to the torque converter? That is what Todd needs to start saving for.
I see so many guys who build high hp Porsches and think that they will solve the clutch problem when they need to. When the clutch goes (and always sooner than they exepct...and usually right before some major event like the Supra Nats...you listening, Walnut) and the car is down for several weeks to their dismay. |

That's pretty stout for a stock car.

What is the fastest 60-130 time ever ran?

Falco, nice run! |
Quick Silver Corvettes suck by the way, they should slap anyone that owns one...or a Corvette at all for that matter hilarious
|
I know from some vids on youtube that a stock GT2 was only 1-3 mph slower on the back straight than I was at VIR. That's moving for a stock vehicle.

It was a joke, what do you think Silver Bullet in my sig refers too? hilarious
|
That's a fast run for bone stock, damn. Turbos like them weather I suppose.
|
So no one answered on what the record was for any car?
|
Germ, check the first post of this thread.

Thank you, I didn't scroll down far enough before. I wonder what something like the 1,000 AWHP AMS EVO would run?
