Porsche pics from Detroit

Hi everyone! I've been reading this forum and other high end car forums (rs6.com/m5board/vwvortex) for some time now but have never mustered up enough courage to post anything. I've always felt like my opinion won't hold because I don't personally own any of these awesome cars. But I have ridden in some cool cars just never driven any of them. Well I hope that I can join your community and contribute on a regular basis.

Anyway, enough of that. I just went to the North American Auto Show in Detroit and took some cool pictures. Check some of them out.

Me in front of a midnight blue Turbo. I love that color

There are other pictures in my little gallery too. Feel free to peruse through them. I do have to warn you that you may find some comical pictures in there also. Oh and I'm sorry that the resolution is so high. It's definitely not 56k friendly.

THX,

Noel

Welcome to the board and definitely feel free to contribute. All car-people are welcome here as long as they don't act like immature morons. (some members here excluded... LOL!) KIDDING GUYS.

here is my midnight baby:

it has black interior with gray piping and accents and lots of aluminum and carbonfiber. It will soon be spoorting some 19" HRE's 542Rs as well thanks to Dario.

Wink

Is that your other baby? I noticed you're from Boston. I went there over Thanksgiving break for the first time and loved it. What a cool city. I ate at some awesome restaruants too. Grill 23, Excelsior, and Harvest in Harvard Square just to name a few. Old college roommate of my dad's owns them so we ended up getting hooked up with free dinner and booze a couple nights.

I can't say enough about that midnight blue. My roommates and I always are battling colors of cars. I personally like something different than silver or black. My roommates are into that "techy" look. And I go for that more classy old school look. I've been labled "ski-lodge" by them for my particular taste. Best example is my room here at college.

Hey Dave W...time for some PSS9's. I put mine on because I track my car, but it makes it look much more agressive.

yes I agree...it has far too much wheel gap in these pics. Its mostly bacause the wheels were put on at the show and the car never settled fully after being lifted. I do have a set of coilovers sitting in may garage waiting for install...now all I need is some warmer weather to motivate me to do it.
