Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong? I am attaching the file in the message screen and I resized the picture to meet the requirments but still no photo!

Buddy try to resive to around 600 or so and add it to the gallery to make it easier

It does not give me a message the picture just does not appear.
I also tried to upload to the gallery but there was an error when I tried that. |
