This is about where the weather idiots said it would end....10 inches later I am creeping home at 30 MPH on the highway...Thanks to the PSM it was smooth crusing. Even walked up my driveway with little effort. All that and on 315s! Oh and BTW check out the new tail :D

Dave(MA 02 C4S) Feb 5, 2004 09:40 PM

Stephen,
Glad you made it ok, how far did you have to drive. Are those 18" Yoko(AVS) ? I was temped to try my C4S Cab in 6" of snow last week but didn't feel like taking the cover off :)

PorschePhd Feb 5, 2004 09:48 PM

Nope, they are Pilot Sports. They are 18s. I have about 20 miles one way.

h20tt Feb 5, 2004 09:51 PM

Damn weather people, glad you made it OK, and the car looks great!

Porsche Babe Feb 5, 2004 09:59 PM

WARDHOG Feb 6, 2004 05:03 AM

I guess you can't call it "frozen lemonade". :D

Red Devil Feb 6, 2004 05:32 AM

Nice! Make sure your future FS as doesn't say, "Never seen rain or snow" like they all do.

KPV Feb 6, 2004 05:54 AM

How does that TechArt plow work for you? Do you do some commercial plowing for extra cash?

msindi Feb 6, 2004 05:56 AM

What progrsam were you running :D
My level IA640 kicks traction lights on when I change lanes at WOT in 4th LOL

californian Feb 6, 2004 06:03 AM

Stephen, What size are the Pilots (F&R)? Did they go one without modifying the wheel wells or rolling the fenders? Do they rub anywhere?

PorschePhd Feb 6, 2004 07:17 AM

I am running GTII rubber size. I have had as much as 245s on the front and still was using a 5 mm spacer! That was on the PZeros. The rear are 315s. No rolling anywhere nor rubbing.

Frozen lemonade...LMAO...Now THAT is funny. That thing could plow a cow off the road!! I cringe when I hit intersections. You can hear the nose pushing snow away. Intresting enough it is holding up very well. My garage is heated so it melts before the days next runs. I was amost high centered coming down my driveway. If I had good winter tires on this thing I bet it would really do well.
