H&R Clubsport vs RUF PSS 9 for 996 turbo

Does anyone have any experience of either. What is the difference between
RUF PSS 9 and the regular Bilstein PSS 9.

Spoke to Gerhard Schmirler today regarding their 542 hp kit. He recommended the H&R clubsport to anyone driving their 996 turbo on trackdays.I guess he knows what he is talking about

Thanks

I just finished installing a set of RUF PSS9's on my TT. The RUF setup is valved differently than the regular Bilstein PSS9. RUF has their own specific specs for their shocks. Their cars are primarily made to be on the streets rather than on the track. I couldn't be happier with my RUF set coming from H&R coilovers.

What did you feel was the difference between the two?

those set ups are about the same level and still are street set ups that will do okay at the track and certainly better than stock. I dont think you would be unhappy with either . whatever your local shop is comfortable with is probably more important in making a decision between the too.
Also the JIC cross and KW variants would be in that mix and price range as well.
need at least the rear GT3 sway bar as well!

Niklas, the H&R club sports are not adjustable in terms of the dampening but they do have more aggressive valving and spring rates which is preferable for the track. However on the street it won't be quite as comfy as the adjustable PSS9s.... The RuF PSS9s have sweet "green" springs and apparently "different" valving. I will say I've installed them on 3 Turbos before and in comparison to the countless "regular" PSS9s we've done there was zero difference from what we could tell when driving.
