Did you just recently purchase this car from them and now you want a service page...?

Them saying they can't print something like that doesn't make much sense...?

***Raises the dealer BS flag***

That doesn't make any sense. When I bought my turbo and had it in Minneapolis for service they were happy to print me out a history of what had been done under warranty. It was not the original service tickets but it had a good description of what was done, where, and when.

I would try another dealer if you have one nearby, or perhaps one of our member dealers will accomodate your request.

Good luck, Roger

ok glad im not the only one who thinks its crazy.

i live in ny and bought the car from lexus of akron who told me that kempthorn has sold and serviced the car from 03 to present. I called and ask for them to send me the service history and literally the guy said if i walked in he could show it to me on the screen, but he isnt able to print it out.

do i have to deal with the dealer? what if i call Porsche north america?

I think they are give you the straight scoop as far as that goes. The dealer I went to had to do a "screen print" shot and then you will have the information but it may be on a couple of different pages. I don't think their software is set up to print it easily but they can work around it if they are good at computer stuff.

Good luck and suggest the print screen to them.

Roger
