OK, I am sure this question has been ask before, how much difference is the 0-60 time on the 996tt? I know the new 997tt is faster with the tip.

ill put a guess out and say around .2-.4 tenths slower or so...i cant imagine it being much more...

Here's a link to an old Car and Driver review of the 996tt Tip. They say 0.3 sec slower to 60 with the Tip (4.2 sec):

Interestingly, C&D tested a 996tt cab Tip a few years later (heavier car) and had 0-60mph time of 3.8 sec (0.1 sec faster than the earlier 996tt manual they tested):

These were non-X50 cars. Normal production variability in performance?
