996 Twin Turbo New Proud Owner From Belgium...

Hello guys,

Greetings from Belgium!!!

After 1 M3 and 2 Z3M ROADSTER (S54 Engine) I decide to buy a used Porsche 996TT!!! It's a model 2000 with very special color "MIDNIGHT BLUE" in very very good condition...

The power is insane!!! I love so much this car...especially with sport seats with "PORSCHE" emblems.

So now what do you think guys for tuning?

Chip??? Which model, brand?

Exhaust??? Which model, brand?

Is there a second hand sport exhaust for sale to a friendly guy here from 6SPEEDONLINE???

How to post pictures of my car?

525d Chipped 2003

Let me be the first to welcome you here but I am confused because 2001 was the first year for the 996 turbo?

Chip with GIAC from www.evoms.com and exhaust from www.fabspeed.com.

See the sticky if the off topic forum on how to post pictures.

Welcome and congrats!

The earliest build date I've seen is May 2000 but as far as I know they were still sold as 01 models.

Hello,

Yes, unfortunately i can't keep all my cars and for buy this Turbo I sold my Z3M roadster.

My car is from june 2000 (model 2001) and not model 2000 because it doesn't exist I think.

So I think I have one of the first 996 Turbo made in the world...

Yes europipe are very great I think but too expensive for me... It's crazy how expensive are parts for Porsche...

Thank you for sport seats, yes they are so much better than regular seats...

Very nice car Schnitzer and might I add that on the weekends it must be nice to wander over to Deutschland and its autobahns.

I used to live in Germany and enjoyed the autobahn almost every day but that was a different life and time.

Congrats on the car. I agree with most of the posts. GIAC programming and a nice exhaust. Then add the short shift kit, and a nice suspension.....maybe upgrade the turbos......it never stops!!!!
