That dyno room setup is very inefficient. You need fans for both front and back intercoolers.

Ugh.

Fan placement is ALL wrong in that video. Also, um, there is a BIG difference between an roll bar and a roll cage.

At a minimum you need three in the front. We also put the intercooler fans facing the exit vents on the bumper. We also have one pointed at the motor to simulate flow into the rear deck.

Amazing how "easy" it is to mod these turbo's.

Cheers for the video.

okay moving forward, so with all the things WRONG at this shop, why are we getting such high results ? the baseline matched KTR in MA. started with 355 WHP = then after k24's , giac reflash, headers, intake = 500 WHP, looking forward for the final #'s

With proper fan placement, your numbers could have been even higher...

GOTCHA, well, i thank everyone sincerely for all the help through this journey so far. The EVOMS headers produced 20 HP more !!! wow, so much for the "other custom headers" ( you know which ones )... The EVOMS airbox yielded another 20 HP but threw a light, waiting for new one. Will EVOMS new airbox with waffle diffuser require another stage 4 flash ?

MARKSKI & Vincentdds === WOW, thats an amazing DYNO Shop photo, yes, i agree, Looks Incredibly professional and well circulated.
