Upgraded Turbo HP. What should I be putting down?

Can you guys please give me a rough idea of the HP at the crank and wheels for an 996tt manual with the following mods -

K24 turbos
Orton ECU tuning (1.0-1.1 bar)
AWE exhaust
BMC Sport Air Filter
converted to rear wheel drive (less drive train loss)

Also, any recommendations on what else to compliment this setup are appreciated. Thanks!

I'd guess around 500 whp. I'd also make sure to do dv's.

Any suggestion on the DVs? Somewhat new to the turbo, but the DVs are the blow off valves right?

If you do the DV's you should come close to 480 at the wheels. 500 would take a new intake and maybe headers.

Sean, how much additional HP do you estimate your DV's give you?

Dvs do not give any horse power...the reason you replace them is because the stock ones will eventually go , especially with the higher hp (my guess is this has already been done?). How do you intend to drive the car? This will effect additional mods (I'm thinking LWFW for example)...as far as headers, just P&P the stock ones...intake...that is another question...I went for the sportec as the V-flow and I did not get along. You might also do the intake plenum...FVD for example. and also wastegate kit!

hyperboost dvs should work fine with that setup. They aren't that expensive.

I think there are a few 996 TT's running very similar setups on this board. In general I think the K24's can get up to 1.2 BAR which I think would be good for around 510+ rwhp

DV's are diverter valves not blow off valves. I went with EVO's DV's. +1 on the wastegate kit too.

If you decide to grab a pair, I have two Baileys DVs available. $150 shipped for both of them, which is about 1/2 the price of new. PM me if interested.
