Last Call for Recent NJ Meet Videos

I know some of you guys were doing some filming of the recent rainy NJ Meet. I have collected three of those videos and viewed them. Some of the stuff is pretty cool, and some pretty ! I was going to look into having them compiled by an outside vendor onto a DVD so that attendees can purchase a copy.
The extent and quality of the videos we already have do not justify going through this process, however, if there are others, it may make sense.

Does anyone else have a video from that day?? The more videos the better. If you do, please PM me and I will provide a mailing address for you send the video.

How about stringing the best clips together in mpeg format and writing to cdr. Cost of each CD-R is less than $1.00 excluding your time. That would be cool...Those who wanted one could send you a self addressed postage return package with a blank CD-R or the cost to reimburse you for a cdr. Just a thought...

The problem is that not all of the videos are in MINI DV format so they cannot be readily transmitted to my computer to do that. Great idea though.

This is probably a silly question, but do you have an older style analog hi-8 vid cam??? if you did, you could probably connect it to your PC's analog to digital interface and get the tape on your hard drive. I am sure you thought of that already, just thought I would throw it out there...
