Installed bumperettes

Hey guys,

JoeyG and I purchased painted bumperettes from Eric at Bumperplugs. Today being the hottest and most humid day in the Philly region, EVER, seemed like as good a night as any to do the install. Don't mind my awful pictures. Quality and finish was perfect on the product from Eric and installation took about 10 minutes per car. All around a very easy mod.

Hey Philip,

I just checked out your website. I have tried a bunch of different waxes, polishes, claybars, etc, and really am not 100% satisfied with anything. With having a black car, I really would like to get that brilliant show room shine back without all the little hairlines. If you could lead me in a directoin, I would really appreciate it.

How was the install? How many bolts? Do you just go from under the bumper to get to the back of the bumperettes?

The install was simple. Pop out the little cover on each bumperette, and use a long #6 allen wrench to take out the one bolt in each and then reinstall the new bumperette the same way. Should take about 10 minutes from start to finish.

I think it's me, but I don't see a cover on the bumperette....

Nevermind, I found it.

It is a PA plate I got through PCA (RTR region in particular). It's pretty cool... some people think it's a diplomat plate!
