996 C4 Pss9's on a 996 C2? Will it work?

Hey guys, I've found a set of new Pss9's that were originaly purchased for a C4 car. The seller swears that they will fit a C2 car with no problem. Does anyone know if this is true? If not is there a easy retrofit to make it work? Please let me know.

Yes they will fit...BUT the spring rates are probably off...so they may not be optimal for your car....remember the C4 is much heavier in the front, so it probably has stiffer front springs....on a C2 that may be too stiff...I would call Bilstein, ask them EXACTLY what the difference between the C2 and C4 kit....there is an 800 number on their website. Very helpful people. Then if they say the spring rates are different and thats the only thing...ask them if you can swap the C4 front springs for the C2 front springs....it may be an easy thing with little or no cost.....

The fronts have different bolt-up points. It it will not fit. A set of KW3 for a C4 were on ebay a while ago and I called KW and the front mounts a are different for sure.
