Lightbulb ding-proof FRP/CF 996 doors!!

Is it possible to have ding-proof doors? I've had my new pcar for a month or so now, i don't mind using it as a daily driver, but i've been dinged 5 times since i got it >: |

4 dimples and one 5 inch crease! (no paint damage)

People just don't care, or, as my paranoia suggests, they do it on purpose! How hard would it be to fabricate these door panels, i'm sure many on this board would jump on these if somebody made them. Or can somebody recommend a good repair place in orange county, so i can repair the damage, park it in the garage, and never drive again. :-P j/k

Don't park is tight spots.... You need to park in the farthest spot out every time... usually a spot that can only have one side parked next to.

Dentmasters in OC for the dings. Shop around for a body shop if you need one but Simon at Venice Collision is very good as well. Referred to me from Arling at Lucent.

And favor the side to the curb so the one car next to you is further away..

I always do!.. but they park, see my car, re-park their car closer to mine, then proceed to ding it... walking off with a self sense of satisfaction... :-P

I'll try dentmasters in OC.. and parking even further than i do now... thanks for the input guys!

chiras: that's a great idea, but I think people will steal them and it looks a bit too over protective.
