Wheel spacer / tire size & lowering question
spacers
I have never seen so many people using spacers. You know that the best set up is with the correct offsets. Most custom wheels come in many different offsets.
I am not alone on this:
Spacers arent bad but if you can do it without them you should.

I am not alone on this:
Save your money. Get after-market wheels and tyres with the correct offsets so that you can run as wide as possible on your NB. Don't install the lowering springs, get a M030 RoW, X74 or PSS9 suspension system.
When it is done right it will look right.

Don't waste you money having lower springs installed. They are not matched to your shocks, will wear them out quickly, and have poor handling as the springs over power the shocks while you drive. Get some MO30, X74, PSS9 or 10's. The labor install cost is the same for just springs or a complete coil over system. Stick with the factory offset in your wheels. Spacers only add stress to your suspension that it was not designed to handle.
