my rpm,speed.and lcd won't show anything

hi guys...anyone have experience with this problem?
my speed (manual and digital wont show anything as well the rpm.rear retractable spoiler as well.
Just pickup my car from paint shop and have this problem

did they remove any relays? or fuses?

i dont know..i check fuses and they fine
