For a novice day in the green run group, none, go have some fun. Now when you start running up in the yellow and white groups you carry a lot more speed and consequently wear and tear on tires, brakes etc.
I assume you're going to pocono in April, good track.
The novice day is fun. Download the Drivers Ed handbook from the metro pca site and look it over. Your car was designed for this kind of thing. The metropca is an excellent place to start, safe for you and your car, good instructors, alot of fun. Trust me you will want to comeback for more.
Like Doug said, the wear and tear at that level, first time out is zero.
See you out there this year, try and make it to LimeRock, very nice track.

Green still has an instructor, you have 3-4 run sessions and you must pass tech first.
The N group runs 2 sessions with no tech required, check out the metro page, breaks the whole thing down. The N group is meant to give you a taste of DE's.

Saying "no wear" is an understatement. It really depends on your driving style, the track, conditions, etc. Your first time out shouldn't do any noticeable wear, though.
If you haven't had one in awhile, get an alignment done before you go. If the car is out of spec, the handling will be squirly at the track and the tire wear can be exponential. Also, bring a good tire pressure gauge and measure first thing when you get off the track. If you start pushing harder, pressures will build and you'll need to bleed off some air.
On my old 996, the stock brake pads would wear the quickest and need to be replaced after a few DE's (then down the road the pads & rotors). The tires hold up ok if you're smooth.
Do it. You'll have a blast!
