What's the bulb size for 02+ fog lights?

Try www.hoenusa.com bulbs I have used them on my last 3 cars and are great if your trying to match the HID's.

 

what's the bulb size for pre '02 996's?

I converted mine to 3000K Yellow HID. They look great but I regret the decision because I always have this feeling that my headlight housings are going to melt. The fog light sits in very little space. If you want the yellow look, I believe PIAA makes some nice ones. Although if I did it now, I'd go with something that matches the 4300K HIDs.

 

Did you get the 55W HIDs? If yes, then get the 35W HIDs. They burn cooler (better for housing and wires) and last longer and I see no difference in output.
